Weekly Email - 10-12-12- Fall Colors

The leaves are changing and there are photos everywhere of red, yellow and orange trees to be had!

After shooting some images of the pond scene the next step is editing.  I decided to tweak the image a few different ways and see what kind of response each look gives.

I made six different versions and posted them below.

Have a great weekend.

Fujifilm X-E1 - 53mm, ISO200 F/8.0 @ 1/26th

  1. Hey Brandon, thank you for sharing your X-E1 photos. Nice shot by the way.
I did a quick tweak based on the 2nd picture which I like the most and you can see it here:

Thank You a lot for sharing these nice pictures. You did remind me again why I don't like digital cameras, with them it's far too easy to make different versions of same photo. And still enjoy and like them all. It is confusing me. For sure I will buy this little Fuji X-E1 in some day and use my good old lenses with it.

#2 for the softer, more present color and glowy whites. Many of the rest are a little too busy or harsh, taking away from the scene, IMHO. Very nice composition

A Quick Look at the 1972 Hasselblad 500C/M

Just a few snaps of the awesome and durable 500C/M.
