FinePix X100 With Flash EF-20

How can you go wrong here at ISO 1250 @ 1/30 F/2.8 with the EF-20 flash. No bounce since outdoors.

    The EF-20 doesn't bounce, and this pic is outside, so there's really nothing to bounce from.

    Looks great. Are these straight out of camera without any post processing? The color balance and exposure is perfect (to my tastes anyway).
