Fujifilm X-Pro1 Start-Up Time

A video compilation of various X-Pro1 features including start-up time and burst rate.
My explanation of the write time is a bit off from the actual finish time of the file as seen with the orange light blinking.  I can work on a burst video later but the key here is that the X-Pro1 does not lock up while the file is being written so this allows you to continue full operations.   Handling of the camera is fast and comfortable.

  1. Hi Brandon, thanks for posting these! Is this the final production model with the release firmware you are using?

  2. Thanks so much for the images. I have the X100 and X10. I have the X Pro + 3 lenses on pre-order. Do you have any idea when they will start shipping... :-) I really can't wait to get this camera!!!! BTW- The Fuji service center in NJ is fantastic. They replaced the lens unit on my X100. The service was great.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with the camera. I have mine on pre-order, and I'm so excited. The performance looks great. I was wondering if you could post some more pictures from the 18mm lens if it's not too much trouble. I still haven't ordered a lens as I can't afford all three. I am really torn between the 18mm and 35mm. I will eventually get both for sure, but still not sure which to start with...

Hello, nice to see more information about this product. I am wondering about how fast the focus works and how well does it work in low or lower light as well as normal light. Also would love to see comparisons to both the 5d markii and 7d. I am thinking the 5d comparison for resolution would be nice to see if it takes into account the sensor size differences.
