Exploring Downtown NYC

Exploring NYC is an endless journey I look forward to doing for another 40 years or so.

Every once in a while I'll discover something I really never knew existed.  It's one thing to say oh I'll get there sometime - but another to bump into a a great place I never knew existed.

This week while exploring the damaged areas from Sandy I happened to cross under the FDR and notice a ramp up to a platform over the East River.  I don't know the name of the area - but if you are ever down that way it is worth a look and a relaxing moment!  Map attached of area.
